QuickSync alternatives, weighed honestly
QuickSync connects Shopify to eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop and Etsy, priced per item with each extra integration charged again. Where that adds up, and when.
QuickSync All-in-One, by R.I.T.N.S., is a multichannel sync app with a large and positive public record — 502 reviews at 4.8 read on 18 September 2026, with 96% of them at five stars. It connects Shopify with eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop and Etsy, and Shopify-to-Shopify among them.
The reason to read a comparison page is usually one of two things: the bill grew in a way you didn’t expect, or you realised you are paying for channels you don’t sell on. Both are structural rather than quality complaints.
What QuickSync is good at
- Breadth across the marketplaces most Shopify merchants actually use — eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Etsy — in one app rather than one app per channel.
- Multi-location inventory support, which not every competitor handles cleanly.
- Products and orders, not only stock quantities.
- A strong satisfaction record: 96% five-star across a large base is not an accident, and in our July 2026 category crawl its share of reviews at three stars or below was among the lowest in the field.
The two things to model before you commit
Per-integration pricing compounds. Additional integrations are charged at the same rate as the base plan. Two channels is roughly two subscriptions, three is roughly three. That is defensible — each connection is real engineering — but it means the sticker price is the floor, not the cost, and it should be modelled against the channels you will actually run.
Item-count tiers move with your catalogue. Like every per-item plan, the bill steps up when you add a range, not when you add a store. If your store count is stable and your catalogue grows, the axis works against you, and the pricing-axis question is worth answering before the second renewal rather than after it.
The alternatives, by the job you actually have
| If your situation is… | Look at |
|---|---|
| Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok alongside Shopify | QuickSync itself, or Trunk, Sumtracker |
| Two or more of your own Shopify stores only | Syncio, Multi-Store Sync Power, Tipo, StockUnison |
| Bundles and kits | Trunk |
| Supplier feeds by CSV or FTP | syncX: Stock Sync |
| Purchase orders and forecasting | Sumtracker, Horse |
| A large catalogue where per-item pricing hurts | StockUnison — per connected store, catalogue unlimited |
What the plan meters
QuickSync meters items and integrations together. The base plan is $19/month up to 1,000 items, $29 to 2,500, then $69 and $99, on 14-day trials — and each additional integration is charged at the base rate again. Note that Ultra at $69 and Ultra+ at $99 carry the same 20,000-item cap and the same feature list on the listing, so whatever separates them is not published there; ask before paying the difference. Two channels is close to two subscriptions, which is the number to model before committing rather than after.
The vendor also ships separate listings per marketplace: its Etsy app alone carries 1,987 reviews at 4.9 as of 18 September 2026, which is the largest review base in this whole category and belongs to a single-channel tool rather than to the all-in-one. Read the record you are actually buying. What every app in the category meters, side by side, makes the comparison concrete.
In practice: a shop on the $29 tier selling on Etsy and eBay is paying $29 plus another $29, not $29 plus a small increment — $58 a month before the third channel, and $99 plus $99 at the top tier. That structure is defensible, since each integration is a separate piece of engineering, but it makes the headline price a poor guide to the bill. Model the channels you will actually run, at the item count you will actually reach, and compare that total rather than the entry price.
What happens if you leave
This is the one app on this page with a documented billing surprise on exit: a reviewer reported still being charged a month after uninstalling, because Shopify app charges live on the subscription rather than on the install. The vendor refunded that one when it was raised, which is the right outcome and not the point — the point is that cancelling the subscription in your Shopify admin is a separate act from removing the app, and worth confirming rather than assuming.
The catalogue side is the ordinary case — sync stops, the last-written quantities stay where they are — but a multichannel app also holds the mapping between your Shopify items and the marketplace listings, so ask whether that mapping survives a reinstall or has to be rebuilt. The full disconnect checklist has the three questions to put in writing. The billing one has a concrete form here: open Settings, then Billing, in your Shopify admin after uninstalling, and confirm the subscription line is gone rather than merely inactive.
Where StockUnison sits, with the caveat
StockUnison is the opposite trade: one channel, one direction, one job. Shopify to Shopify, inventory quantities only, from a main store you nominate into as many connected stores as you like. No marketplaces at all — if eBay or Amazon is in your setup, this is not a substitute and the table above has better answers.
Where it does apply, the differences are structural: pricing is per live connected store and never moves with your catalogue or your variant count, every connection starts in preview mode, ambiguous SKUs are refused rather than guessed, no product is ever created or deleted in a connected store, and every write is logged with its result.
The caveat: QuickSync has 502 reviews and five years behind it. StockUnison launched in August 2026 with none. The free plan runs matching, preview mode and difference checks on an unlimited catalogue without writing anything, which is the honest way for a new tool to earn its way into a comparison like this.
Listing figures and complaint shares read from each public App Store listing on 18 September 2026 (prices re-checked on 25 September 2026 against the listing and quicksync.pro), calculated from the listing's own rating breakdown. Category-wide observations draw on a 16 July 2026 crawl of 2,603 public reviews; Shopify's mid-2026 review enforcement has since unpublished about 13% of that corpus, unevenly across apps. These numbers move — the listings are linked so you can check today's.
Common questions
What is the best QuickSync alternative?
For multichannel selling across Amazon, eBay, Etsy and TikTok, Trunk and Sumtracker are the direct comparisons — Trunk has the strongest public record in the category. For Shopify-store-to-Shopify-store sync, the direct tier is Syncio, Multi-Store Sync Power, Tipo and StockUnison.
How much does QuickSync cost?
As of 25 September 2026: $19/month up to 1,000 items, $29 to 2,500, then $69 and $99, both capped at 20,000 on the listing (QuickSync's own pricing page puts the $69 plan at 10,000), on 14-day trials. Above 20,000 items the price is custom. The detail that changes the maths is that additional integrations are charged at the same rate as the base plan — so a third channel is not a small increment, it is close to a second subscription.
Does QuickSync work for two Shopify stores?
Yes, Shopify-to-Shopify is among its supported connections. Whether it is the right buy depends on whether you use the marketplace channels: if you don't, you are on an item-count plan paying for integration breadth that a dedicated store-to-store app doesn't charge for.
What should I check before buying any per-item plan?
Count your variants, not your products — apps differ on which they meter, and a 400-product catalogue with size and colour runs can be several thousand variants. Then check what happens at the tier boundary: whether sync stops, whether you are auto-upgraded, and whether the count includes archived or unpublished items.
One item. One number.
StockUnison keeps one count wherever an item sells — across your Shopify stores, or across duplicate products in one. Matched by SKU, previewed before anything moves, and logged write by write.
